The participants commit themselves for the entire course duration. In the last course week numerous concerts will take place; all registered participants must be prepared to take part in these if required. Announcements of works planned using mixed ensembles can only made after the deadline for applications on May 15, 2011.

Costs for the course are 490,00 €.
The partial sum in the amount of 90,00 € is to be paid as a registration fee before May 15, 2011 using the indicated bank details. The rest of the total sum has to be paid by August 01, 2011.

Please submit with your application:
Your curriculum vitae indicating your musical training and artistic career. A reference from your principal study teacher.
For applicants, who have not taken part in the ”Sommerakademie“: Each ensemble and every single applicant must forward a demo-CD or DVD of at least 15 Min. (not older than 6 months) or show a recommendation of one of the ”Sommerakademie“ teachers.

Accomodation (double rooms) and board for participants are provided at the Foundation Kloster Frenswegen.
Scholarship / Financial assistance
Applications for scholarship or other financial assistance will be considered. An appropriate request should be submitted together with the registration.

Arrival with train at Bad Bentheim train station. A direct bus route passes the academy transferring from the Bad Bentheim train station. The bus stop needed for the academy is „Kloster Frenswegen“.
By car:
- Autobahn A 61 – slip road „Nordhorn/Bad Bentheim“;
- Route B 403 direction „Neuenhaus/Coevorden“,
- 1500 m after city board see left information sign „Kloster Frenswegen“.
